We accept most insurance plans (including Medicare and Medicaid) and offer affordable self-pay programs and financial assistance.

MAKE IT HAPPEN
1. Sign up for an account and answer a few basic questions to fill out your profile.
2. Meet with an Intake Specialist who will help set up your first appointment, answer any questions, and complete your profile.
3. Have an initial appointment with a prescribing clinician who will assess your needs and create a personalized treatment plan, including writing any necessary prescriptions.
4. Connect with your Care Coordinator for 1:1 guidance and support.
